Happy Hour Yoga takes you through a combination of Hatha and Vinyasa flow movements to strengthen and align. Warm and wake the physical body and calm the mind with breath focused movements. This class is sure to leave you feeling energized, flexible and de-stressed. A true Happy Hour, all levels welcome.

Happy Hour Yoga will help you develop strength, flexibility and is sure to leave you feeling energized and de-stressed. Alignment and body positioning cues will always be provided by the teacher throughout this class as well as instruction on breathing and pauses throughout the yoga class.

What To Wear: Well, it seems like a given, but you definitely want to wear pants perhaps like these! Wear breathable athletic attire that you can move in.
Yoga is practiced barefoot for connection and balance.
What To Bring: Our studio session includes a mat and any props you may need. We also provide aromatherapy towels and water, but you’re welcome to bring your own.
