CORE Pilates 30. Restore & tone the core in this abdominal focused, 30 minute intensive. Pilates promotes full breath and healthy spinal support while engaging and sculpting your core. This mat based Pilates class will use props to assist in spinal alignment and challenge the core. All levels welcome, no core left behind.
What to Wear to Class:
There are a few things to consider when you dress for this class. First, make sure your clothes give enough to let you move and stretch fully. Your instructor will need to be able to see your body well enough to check alignment and how your muscles are engaging. Clothing should be comfortable but not too baggy.
